Pretty self explanatory. Pick a member, decide whether or not they would be a hero or a villain if Southperry were a comic book city, and give them a modus operandi.

For example, Fiel would be a villain... The EXTRACTOR. He dresses in a white lab coat and lives in the basement of an abandoned building as an outcast of society. He was once the mayor of Southperry, and rumour has it that he was exiled from the Sleepy Woods, despised for his research. Now he lures people into his dungeon with promises of exclusive content where they are swiftly knocked out by his chinchilla minions. What he does to them after that is fairly gruesome but I believe you can imagine based on his name...

The Watchtower is the center of knowledge, information, and whatnot for the Superheroes.

That's not true.

Example : Cloe on Smallville. Her "identity" was "Watchtower." She controlled the command center for Clark, Oliver, and the rest of their gang. She gave them top information, cracked securities, etc.

Jon- AMBIVALENCE Villain/Hero

Jonathan AKA Ambivalence is a psyche patient who escaped from a drug testing lab after being brutally injected with mind-numbing solutions. As a result of his loneliness throughout the abuse he develloped a second personality call Noj. Along with that new personality he develloped superhuman powers that differ from one personality to another. Under his normal personality he has the ability to control water and plant life at will. Under Noj's dark abusive personality he governs the elements of fire and Thunder. Noj's ability to feel is numb and filled with anger. Under that personality he is ruthless and heartless willing to destroy anything in his path. He switches personalities under extreme stress and does not retain memory of what happened during his other personality.

The Mafia [hosts] are a devious group of people who pretend to host fun innocuous forum games that are actually evil plots of Rayquaza2233 and his right hand man, Lord Xela, to steal the souls of players to sell on the black market. Of course the ones who win go free but the rest translate directly in to $$$ for the Mafia [hosts]. Especially successful was the troll game of ElectricSix, from which there were no survivors. Victims of that game were in high demand. The Mafia [hosts]'s secret lair is located withing the Perry of the South itself, deep in the heart of a teeming metropolis where many victims are waiting to be captured and sold.

Uh are you not sure how villany usually works? especially in real life and the better works in comic universes? Evil is a perversion of good or something that is moral but taken to a an extreme at the cost of all else.

I grew up on the world of Superheroes by means of comics, cartoons and movies. So yes, I know how a villain works and I certainly am not corrupt enough to let improper judgement lead me to hurt anyone. Hell... I don't even like to break anything inanimate.

Zelkova - Anti-hero; The Elk - He is a computer hacker that loves to goof off and f'uck with anyone whenever he gets bored. Has issues with the government and has a tendency to hack into secret databases. Is on several watchlists, but helps police by tracking down cyber-criminals and remotely hacking into enemy systems and sabotaging them.

Sarah - Anti-villain; Madam Malice - Actually is a good person deep down, but her life has been one cruel misfortune after another, and her mentality was warped due to the stress. She takes out her frustrations on bad guys, but crosses several lines many times over to do so. Has a mace named Lady June she uses seldomly to expend justice.

Rayquaza2233 - Neutral; Stalker M - Has no true alliances. He looks out only for his best interests. Has been known to have affairs with several female villains and heroes, and that one drunken night with a certain hero...

Daku - Hero; Torrential - Flamboyant hero who uses his sexuality as a charm and a weapon... 'course he also carries a billy bat around to help himself out. Once went out to a hero gathering and got drunk... woke up the next day with a grin.

Throes - Villain; Jas-Meana - She was once a beautiful maiden, pure of heart... then one day it was ripped from her. She now dedicates herself to using her wiles and various tools and objects to torture her victims into submission. Also carries a whip.

They suck I know I should stop.

Greg - Villain; Septher - A simple yet twisted businessman, he goes in to work one day to find out his boss is going to fire him. When he is called into the office, he stabs his boss in the face with a knife, then proceeds to slaughter everyone around. He sets the building on fire and sets out to kill anyone and everyone who has a position of power. Likes to use axes, wears a transparent raincoat to conceal his weapons.

Eos - Anti-hero; Acclimation - The Knowing - A humble fisherman was once visited by a mermaid during a solar eclipse. His offspring for all generations afterwards were gifted with superior intelligence. Eos was born, but was abandoned after his mother and father agreed he was too strange for a baby; He was building machiness before he was able to speak! He uses his intellect to create many powerful and somehow frightening tools. He has a bit of a shell built around him... that he made himself out of futuristic tools and stuff. He also has a pet dog he turned into a cyber-pooch.
