Quick fixes for high-level plight?

Make 2x cards (hunters cards to be more exact) drop from bosses that take longer than 3 minutes to kill.

Cool idea, but I can see these being sold like Bigfoot Toes.
Have to make them drop in places lower levels can't go, even with Door or family tele. Only place I can think of is Pap. Pre quests are level 120 now? Plus, only being able to enter twice a day means that no-one can sell very many. (But... we already asked to be allowed in Pap more times a day...) Kinda funny how Pap is now the highest level restricted area in the game, except for Pink Bean.
