To be honest... this is WAY better not having to worry about DS being on and getting hit.
With normal DS its easier to get out and 100% sure the macro will always work.

Yeah, in chaos update, you get 1.5x more dmg if you get hit while in dark sight, so having it on should help a lot more.

Concerning the advanced dark sight activating or not, I prefer to have it activate sometimes rather than never at all. Sure it might screw up your macros but, if you're good at paying attention then every now and then you can score double CoH before you would need to restart your macro again. This is the main points to the CoH DPM.

But that's pretty convoluted, and I just end up pressing a seperate button for upper stab in between. I have it set up so I have the macro on S, Upper Stab on C, and then Chains on D. I just tap whatever buttons are appropriate.
Tried to test your macro, its almost as bad as me manually just letting it do double US (although I use a macro by itself for this skill too), if not worse. Then again, maybe its because I don't like releasing my macro key and pressing the arrow key to restart this combo. My main issue is I'm too busy concentrating on making sure the 2nd upper stab comes out with that macro to pay attention to the extra CoH that I could be doing, so in my case it rules out. Well, I can't say whats best for everyone though it really is personal preference, I just like getting the most damage out of it, so it relies more on my control of the character.
