I macro US+DS+CoH, I know it seems pretty similiar, but you can get into two upper stabs with that one macro if you tap an arrow key right after you tap the macro, so, for example, I tap macro, it does Upper Stab, slightly tapping an arrow key cancels the macro, and then I just press the macro button again.
But that's pretty convoluted, and I just end up pressing a seperate button for upper stab in between. I have it set up so I have the macro on S, Upper Stab on C, and then Chains on D. I just tap whatever buttons are appropriate.
