everything adds as if it were another piece of equipment. The only thing that doesn't stack would probably be total damage + boss damage (if your dagger has those same stats as well. I.e.- dagger with 30% boss and katara with 30% boss does not equal 60% boss. it's still 30% boss only. It would probably be more useful to have potentials for attack and Luk over anythign else.
