Should I worry about HP washing for Wild Hunters?

EDIT: Also, the rex earrings? Don't use 'em. With Vulcan you BURN through the durability. They're not worth it after level 120.

Huh? I thought durability of armor isn't affected by your own attacks, only from getting hit by enemeis.

So..... grab earrings with potential +HP% instead?
