lol you got me wrong. Mastery is the BEST thing to max. SE is extremely damage boosting at the first point, but the timer SUCKS BALLZ, which is why you should but in those 6-9 points to have at least 1 minute timer.
1 point in expertness boosts your damage as well, but far greater than hurricane OR SE, not only because it's mastery, but because it comes with the added Min crit damage as well AND it also gives weapon attack.
