Actually, I was referencing how in the 3rd job Wind Archer skillbook, Wind Archers could transform into an avatar of this 'Albatross/Eagle Eye' person, which makes me think that the current Wind Archer skillset may have been partially derived from what this Albatross/Eagle Eye could do and mixed in with the Adventurer skillset. The logic behind this class is that you actually play as this Albatross/Eagle Eye person, or at least a direct descendant.
I mean, here's the description of the 3rd job Wind Archer transformation:
Transforms you into Eagle Eye, a heroic figure who was able to use his bow more freely and skillfully than anyone else! This will enhance your Speed and Jump as well as give you access to the exclusive skills of Eagle Eye.
