Ancient human remains found in Israel that may revolutionize evolution

Someone explain this to me: how can teeth 400,000 years old from Israel disrupt the current accepted theory on the origin of humans that cites a common African ancestor between humans and Neanderthals living in the continent around 700,000 years ago? Assuming I'm reading this correctly, isn't the article stating the point of divergence from the ancestor into the two separate hominid species AT 700,000 years ago, which gives, oh, 300,000 years for the human bearing the teeth found in the cave to migrate out of Africa into Israel?

iirc, the best evidence we have to show that humans migrated out of Africa is somewhere around 200,000 years old. If this tooth may suggest that humans went from Israel to Africa or something like that. Nothing definite, of course, but people love to shake up the science community.
