Maybe it's just me, but that doesn't make any sense whatsoever. I thought the hackers were relying on the uninformed legits to turn in the ornaments and make the tree explode? What's the point of DC hacking if it ends up stopping the very people they were relying on?

My bet is probably because of the fact that Nexon has made a statement about GM activity in such maps -- If they can't get away with it, why let anyone play, right? Remember : letting people have fun is the worst thing in the world ever.
