b) Where are you getting that he discovered robots other than X?
c) That's Dynamo being an arrogant pimento. Even if it wasn't, a quote like that would be closer to supporting that he IS Protoman, instead of being based off him.

Maybe, he could be, but while were on the same page of symbolism, when you defeat Dynamo in megaman X5/6 he makes a stance putting his hand onto where his powercore would be in his chest.

Then usualy he makes a quote saying "No one has to die today." Then he runs off.
