So far what I'm doing for 4th job Paladin since resets...

Another possible wrinkle (if it comes true), is a rumor that CO will get enhancement to be able to exceed max level in all job skills, not just 4th job skills.
I have currently only 1 point into HH and maxed Blast/ACB/Holy/Stance/Achilli/DS and 15 points in Guardian, but if I get a chance to do another reset (which I think re-org patch will give out 1 last reset), I would put those 15 points from Guardian into HH instead, as I hardly ever uses any HP pot anymore with DS and HP recovery. I forgo MW because my training/bossing partner has MW30.

The TS does not use shields, so Guardian isn't much of a conversation here. I also highly doubt CO will raise other skills passed max as well, even in the future.
