In all honesty, Heaven's Hammer doesn't seem that useful anymore. It's nice if you can catch a large mob on the screen or during the arm phase at Zakum, but other than that it's not worth the time to use Rush to make a mob. If you still have a SP reset or another Hot Time comes up at the least, I would recommend maxing ACB, Divine Shield (it stacks with other attack buffs), Divine Charge, and Blast. With that, you should have leftover points. You could start adding into Heaven's Hammer again, but you'd probably be better off with Power Stance. Once you start experiencing the power to not get knocked back, you'll soon realize that you were missing it all along. My regret is that when Big Bang came out, I had to sacrifice some points in Power Stance in order to max Enrage. I have never before missed 16% chance to not get knocked back.
