Because that's one more damage than almost every other class can do at the time. o.o Unless you have potential out the ass and hit 1.5m+ on average per blast then HH in most situations is just better especially during wdef up, but if wdef up isn't on and there's only 1 target boss to hit, then HH isn't worth using. I'm guessing that snipe doesn't bypass def up since it's just a regular extremely powerful boss move now. What other skills bypass wdef up?
