freeze vs. no freeze
64 per minute vs. 57 per minute = 112% advantage for IS
Blizzard v. Genesis:
756 amped vs. 660 base = 115% advantage for Blizzard
7000 mp vs. 3500 mp (70000 mp per minute extra or so)
400% range vs. 400% range
freeze vs. no freeze
20 per minute vs. 22 per minute = 110% advantage for Genesis
To make all things equal to IS vs. SR, we could adjust Genesis to this:
660 base
200% range
no freeze
18 per minute
Ice Strike's doubled range and freeze make up for its lower base damage (in terms of being a worthy skill). And even then Priests are the fastest 3rd job training class, due to HS and Holy weak monsters. :l
