Oh, ok.
Lilin rings: You obtained those when you leveled an aran to 30,50 and 70. They gave +1 all stats, +2 all stats and +3 all stats respectively.(the event is over)
The adventurer rings (critical,cruel and magical): These give +% critical and some att and magic att as well. You got those when leveling an adventurer to 50 during the adventurer revamp. (The event is over too)
Zombie rings: These give +100 hp and mp and +1 to all stats, you can wear 4 at the same time. You obtained these during the halloween event. (You can't obtain these anymore, but they are tradeable. They sell for 4-5m right now)
There are also those weird wisdom and strenght rings, but I have no idea how to get those.
