one of my friends sent me this and i just laughed in his face. It was at the time literally a list of 52 things most of which all he had to do was sign and had no part in their drafting. The START treaty thing would have been brought before whatever presedent was up this term. Basically it's actually incredibly unimpressive. I sent in a few things that he did that seemingly accomplished nothing whatsoever but spent plenty of money. waiting if the people who made it are stupid enough to add it.
