I prefer the cart pushing since you are exposed to everything there is to offer. If something's missing, just order it. I tend to avoid the restaurants that ask you to mark down your order since you have to wait and it's less interactive.

Yep, can't beat three boxes of Steamed Rice Rolls and Three bowls of Rice Porridge for 15 CNY Big Grin

Regarding the cart thing, EVERY restaurant I went to while I was there didn't have carts Tongue.
