When I was in Guangzhou last month, the first week pretty much every day = Dim Sum for breakfast. I'm not joking.

Oh, and they abolished cart pushing because usually that makes the dim sum cold over time or become wasted because people didn't want it. Now, you need to mark what you want and they bring it to you (like a sushi restaurant)

There were many dim sum choices that you pretty much cannot order over here in Canada Dim Sum restaurants.
