Myself I can't go any further than about 50 episodes of the same series.
After that it starts getting tiring, unless I'm keeping up with the anime as it comes out (managed to watch FMA:B's 68 episodes fine).
It's not really that a 300+ episodes series can't be good, it's just that the goodness/(time taken) ratio goes way down. I could be watching animes that are both awesome AND short.
