Not necessarily, they can be town or mafia aligned. Considering he targeted Corn, who was proven to be town, there's a good possibility that he's mafian.

[COLOR="green"]Even if he's possibly a mafia-aligned hooker, he didn't know that Corn was a townie until after he roleclaimed, which was after you intervened. The chance of there being two town aligned hookers is low, but considering Corn's role was sort of like a jail-keeper in the sense that he stopped actions used on the person as well, I wouldn't doubt that Blaine is different.
