Absolutely untrue. The thread title clearly states "Post BB". Every class has the same damage formula Post BB.
My calculations tell me that a good rule of thumb for Post BB damage is: It takes a little more than +4 of your primary stat to increase your damage the same as +1 Weapon/Magic Attack.
For a mage, it takes about 21 Int to equal the damage increase of 5 MA.
