Instead of changing the effect of luk on m.att couldn't they just raise the base amount of m.att on the LUK wands/staves in the game. I mean that is the reason LUK mages add luk to begin with; to equip the new fancy weapons/clothing. This method would also eliminate the chances of any Pure LUK mage builds popping up.
