My favorite GBA game; I put in many well-spent hours. On my third save, nearly everyone in my party (around 18 iirc) is 50 or 49, with most/many abilities mastered. My nu mou from the original party stands out as he is short only Ultima Blow to have stars for everything. I tried to master everyone's abilities but that was too tedious for me, fun as the game was. Therefore, I just spent my time fighting the random clans. I used Marche as a ninja, Montblanc as a gunner/juggler, my nu mou (I forget his name..) as a black/white mage, my bangaa as a templar/white monk, Shara (Max's Oathbow is too good), and Ritz (not as useful or powerful as the others but I liked keeping them together).
Makes me want to play again. I wish they had a better sequel than FFTA2.
Similar thing happened to me, Darkmaniak. I bought FFT for the PSP but never got into it. I think I couldn't get past the second battle. Am I supposed to grind for each story battle? The long load times don't help.
