I checked again. Turns out my Mog Knight was 2 whole levels below my Gladiator. Then again, the Materia blade gives only 14 WA 14 Mag Pow 14 Resist or something like that. On the other hand, the Icebrand gives somewhere in the region of 40 WA...
Anyway, my Gladiator's mastered Ultima Blade so I've switched him to Dragoon for an even better WA growth. The problem is that the MP growth sucks...I'll never get to use Ultima Blade at this rate. :/
