Only thing I've heard is that they added PDDrate, and for what Fiel explained it's basically adding HP by making your damage lower.
It's also unknown if this PDDrate can be bypassed by some skills or not.
Oh also some boss levels were changed, I think Zakum is 110 but I don't recall the others.
