[1.2.331] [KOR] Mechanic Skill Tables

New way of training. Using Magnetic Field on small maps, then sit and watch. I think the max range it can cover is exactly C-1 map size.

Too bad that Magnetic Field is still bugged. It lasts around 15~20 seconds, and skill info says it lasts for 60 seconds at max.

Thats really crazy. a full map attack that doesnt waste time for anything but planting? O__O
