[1.2.331] [KOR] Mechanic Skill Tables

Hi why i have felling that you will get 5 sp each time you lvl up since alot of skills are 22...

A lot of skills have enough room for extra skill points over the max possible to add. Like if you have 20 points in a skill, and a potential equip gives you +1 to that skill, now you have 21 in that skill, even though you can't add any more SP to it.
