Unable to drop, trade, set up a shop, or duey

From what I've heard, it's called a "hellban".
Your items, mesos, NX all remains on your account, as well you are able to access your account and get into the game. Once in game, you are not able to trade, drop, buy or anything of the sort. You're stuck with what you've got.

People who've gotten this have been in contact with duped mesos, which was an issue a couple days back. It's not a glitch, so if you sold anything to anyone who used meso dupe, then tough luck.

Like, what the hell Nexon? others hack and you ban the innocent people? (if it's a ban or whatever).
