If i'm right....

Since Bowmen start with 15% mastery, Bow-mastery and Bow Expert add 60% to it becoming 75%. Not a big difference to now in GMS.

GMS is 90% Mastery. After calculations, your minimum range becomes around 81% of your maximum. Last I checked, 81% is greater than 75%.

Hurricane is 200%

And the old Hurricane averaged 232%. The new Hurricane averages 230%.

Sharp eyes is seemingly better since they've redone the critical calcs.

If by better, you mean 4.6x weaker, yes, they have.
