There's nothing wrong with being that way, naw. It's not exactly easy though because even though there are plenty of hopeless romantics in the world, it can be hard to find one to love & be loved by.. but that's hard for anyone. If things like that were easy, we'd run out of things to spend our lives doing. They make the most thoughtful significant others, too.

As for getting over someone, time does it basically. Whether that be finding feelings for another girl, doing things to occupy your time, or just plain living your life. No worries, it'll pass.
