You're right, many big companies have errors like this, but just cause they all have it, doesnt make it okay. When I read errors in grammar or spelling mistakes in articles or releases, it does nothing but lower my image of the company in question.
I'm not denying it's bad for anyone's image to have poor grammar in anything released for the public. I'm just saying it seems that Frozenite was overreacting to such minuscule errors, when you consider the topic ("article/news/thread made by hime/etc...") in question was nothing significant.
