I think power-leveling services are legit, but dishonest. If you're not going to level the character yourself, then why even play? Sure, maybe you'll have some super cool level 156 character, but if you only trained it to level 13, then there's no feeling of accomplishment in the character at all. It's like it's not even your character anymore, since you don't even know how to use it.
Getting a power-leveling service to level you up once isn't a very logical idea, especially if you're high-leveled. Say you're level 188. You get it power-leveled to 189. When someone finds out somehow, your reputation won't be very good and a lot of people will dislike you.
