Every class has either tops/bottoms for any given set. Why do you want tops/bottoms? Overalls generally have just as much as the top/bottom combined.

Uhh, I dunno, so they can be forged with a +5 str and +5 dex bonuses (depends on the level of the equip, thats for a higher level one)(ex: Total +20 if it's 2 pieces of eq, only 10 if it's a overall).

Also, am I right in thinking ANY class armour can be made with these? Yes please to 15 stat clean shoes > (ex dark wing boots have a average of 5 dex, +5str and +5 dex )

Yep, this is thinking. You can do this with overalls too.
