I only got knocked down to the JQ twice in over an hour of being there. And instead of standing only in that one spot, I went around and hit the other two eggs as well (Well, mostly the one directly above those two, the other one's a pain in the ass to reach.)
It's best if you're 10x+, because 56k hp using mob attacks is quite a lot to deal with even with SE at 12x D: The experience is decent. I haven't recorded any numbers, though. The real motivation to train here is the drops from Baby Typhons. In about an hour, I got 3 70% xbow, 2 70% top str, 5 70% 1h axe, 4 30% helm def (3 worked on my chief stan before the 4th broke it, lol), tobis, and some various crap i threw away. I also found something from Typhons, but I forget what it was D:
I have some tips:
Use Puppet! Getting kicked off while trying to loot a scroll is the most annoying thing ever. Also, mobbing a Puppeted mob with Inferno is cheaper than standing and tanking 400 damage.
Don't use Hawk/Eagle. I had Hawk running for a few minutes, and I couldn't get the mobs to come back up after being stunned D: Phoenix is fine, Frostprey is fine but won't do any damage.
Keep lots of Use space open (like 8+). You want those scrolls and stars without having to drop other crap every time.
