So, I was up by the Typhon maps today so I could finish the Mark of Heroism quest, and I found that Typhons are actually very good EXP. I wasn't up there long, maybe 20 minutes or so, but I managed to pull in 3% at 142. The spawn is pretty crazy like Gryphons down in NLC, and you rarely have to move to be able to Erupt/Rain a big mob.

The blue circle shows where I was standing. There's a patch of thorns there to protect you against the Typhon KB. So all in all, you're only taking about 8-400 damage at any given time. Basically all you do is spam Eruption/Rain to reel them in as they fly by. It's great stuff. Also, the green circle show where the Baby Typhons are. If you've been up there, you know just how good they are. (EDIT: With the recent Server Check Baby Typhons are now fixed...so don't expect a lot of scrolls anymore.)
The Good:
Fast spawn (Especially if you're sharing the map.)
Low touch damage.
Good drops.
The Bad:
Super KB will send you flying back to the Jump Quest.
I highly recommend finishing the Mark of Heroism quest if you're going to train there. It makes the Jump Quest a whole lot easier in case you get sent flying.
