Confuse Ray stacks with those conditions too, but is not affected by gender. I haven't used Attract at all, but Confuse Ray all the time.

Confuse Ray is universal, so you're not screwed if the pokemon is genderless or is the same gender as your Attract-er; also I think there are less Pokemon that are immune to Confuse than there are Pokemon immune to the effects of Attract. I do admit thought that Attract is far more teachable than Confuse Ray. On the other hand, can Confuse stack with Attract? That may make for a wonderfully hilarious combo if it does. Paralyze + Confusioon + Infatutation = ???
