First Glance
Switch the ability Heatproof on Bronzong to Levitate. Heatproof is basically completely useless unless you're trying to bluff, but even then, it's still pretty useless. Next, remove Hydro Pump from Kingra. He has no use for that move. It is completely useless to him. Replace it with Rain Dance or something-almost anything can replace Hydro Pump. Oh, and you forgot the EVs for your Gengar.
Weaknesses
Plugging into Marriland's calculator, you have a slight weakness against water moves. It is really minor and can be worked around, but you could try switching Aerodactyl for an Azelf to completely fix the weakness.
Major Threats
Salamence - You have a lot of checks, and Donphan can revenge kill.
Gyarados - A lot of checks, but no revenge killer. A bit more shakier than Salamence, but a bit of maneuvering and you can fix it up.
Lucario - Even more shakier than Gyarados. Aerodactyl is probably dead by lategame, Bronzong probably will get KOed, Gengar is KOed, Kingdra might survive but can't really counter, Donphan is a bit shaky as it might be KOed, and Tyranitar is 1hkoed no matter what. It could easily set up on Kingdra, then sweep. You need some sort of a greater check. You could try putting Draco Meteor on Kingdra to kill it off.
Infernape - Easier to handle than Lucario, but a bit problematic. Should be alright since you have Donphan....hopefully.
Walls
Skarmory - Skarrmory completely and utterly walls your team other than Gengar. You NEED to get an anti-skarmory, which is why I'd suggest over Gengar...

This would patch up your Lucario and Skarmory weakness really good, as well as getting a decent revenge killer. Gyarados is more easily killed, too.
Blissey - Easily handled.
Suicune - If you bring Magnezone in, chances are, Bronzong's or Magnezone's explosions should be enough to take Suicune out.
Strategy
Try bringing out Kingdra near the end, unless you really need him out. All of his counters/checks are likely weakened by them for him to do a sweep. Predict wisely. Think about what your opponent would do. Don't misclick.
