What sucks even more is that they require me to reactive my account that I don't even remember my email for... -_-

Can someone please teach me how to change my IP? I tried restarting my router several times and it doesn't change my IP.

Restarting your router MIGHT give you a different local IP, turning off your modem and back on might give you a new ip, depending on your ISP.
