Well, technically low-DEX still wins, but now normal will be better than DEXless.
Assuming all +acc/+avd stats on all currently existing equips are converted to +% (This does not account for blessing):
Total +acc% : 46%
Total +avd%: 31%
Total acc after % system applied: 274
Total avd after % system applied: 339
Total acc before % system: 234
Total avd before % system: 290
Acc gained: 40
Avd gained: 49
Edit: That avoid gain is ridiculous. Kind of want patch now.
