Actually, I can't at this time, I don't even know how this works in the data. This is all from KMSers and people who know those KMSers. The KMSers get it from their friends in KMS. Not sure, but it doesn't sound pretty, the system is pretty broken. It should be something like -10% lets say, every death, and just that.
