earrings with HP percentage based increase

Hmm actually, I'm pretty sure they HP increase won't be chaos-able. The only other % based item we have are ele-wands right? And those aren't chaos-able for more % base dmg.

Though if they are it'll be a pleasant surprise.

The percent doesn't actually show on wands/staves. It shows on here, leading me to believe it can be increased.
