This is all I've planned out for my 'dream team' as of now. When my friend told me that Pain Split was available to Gengar in HG/SS, I immediately thought, "Gengar. Substitute. Pain Split. Oh God oh God..." and I just had to put it down. The weaknesses for this set so far don't seem that huge, but could you guys give me an opinion on what would work good in the last two slots, and what Gengar could be equipped with?

I don't expect to have stuff like Rotom counters and counters for things that not many people have or use. I'll probably be using this as a general battle team against/with my friends.

And what the heck is this Pokesav people talk about? I looked it up but the site still confuses me on how those things even work.
