I have more than '1' Stealth Rocker in my UU team. My original OU team was based off of only 3rd gen crap, which was why I didn't have a Stealth Rocker in there. Hmm. I wanted to do SkarmBliss, but that's obsolete by now. I'll fix my OU eventually when I have time. Actually, my Snorlax is my 'tank' if his Curses gets past +1 or 2, but before Curses, he's technically my Special-Wall. He works pretty well.
Edit ; I don't mind non-Smogon forum-people rating, to be honest. I rated other people's teams based on what I thought in another forum. Technically, there's no such thing a right or wrong moveset, just one based off of another's preferences as well as a 'more effective' moveset, depending on the circumstances. Smogon doesn't list a Mirror Coating Milotic as part of the UU metagame, but I've seen people using it. I even use it on my own. -shrugs- High SpeDef + decent HP + Mirror Coat + ability to predict Spe Att + Super Effective = Guaranteed KO leaving Milotic with around 3x-4x% HP left. I've tested this in 3rd gen against a Zapdos with thunder and another with t-bolt, Milo usually survives unless the Zapdos had MAD SpeAtt EVs combined with Modest nature.
Snorlax with Curse that Sleep-Talks Body Slams are pretty annoying too, you'd be surprised. For a tank, it's extremely reliable near the middle portion of a battle.
