Maplestorys stat and equip system! discussion! how would you change it?

I'd make it so that there are other, better ways of upgrading equips than through being either lucky or relying on the luck of someone else. Maybe through a quest like system where after doing certain chains you unlock new methods of upgrading? Dunno. Luck isn't cool.
