Only way I can even log tickets is by using my America Online browser...which even THAT occassionally gets the stupid IP Block message. I'm so freaking irritated with Nexon it's unbelieveble, I've gone to playing WonderKing and other games for now. Nexon's gone beyond Epic Fail with this issue in my opinion, it would be one thing if it was a "whoops sorry our system malfunctioned", but hell we can't even get a reply without sending emails to their "Not a Customer Support Email"...lol...At this point I'm considering selling my remaining NX Cards on Ebay like alot of people do, I mean why keep them if I can't use them because of this problem? I shouldn't have to use my America Online(which chances getting IP Blocked from time to time as well) just to access Nexon games or websites. I've beta'd 3 games for them, content tested 2 times....and been a legit player since Oct 07'. Which to alot of players who are suffering from this problem, isn't even half their Maple lifetime!
