Elemental weapons not functional?

And I was attacking neutral monsters. You don't need (or you're not SUPPOSED) to attack monsters WEAK to elements to get the weapon bonus >_>

Well, go test it on an element weak monster, because if there is a damage difference, then it's more noticeable.

I also heard that theres a glitch that makes it so that it doesn't work with comp, so if you were testing it with comp, then you won't see anything.

And here's my guess. There'll probably be a quest that makes the elemental wand work. IDK though, that's just a guess...
