Will they reply? Maybe with an automated or brain-dead response. The ticket you logged wasn't exactly full of information. It sounds like a ticket a 10 year-old would log to try to get some crap by trying exploit the lack of information and Nexon's recent compensation handlings. So will they compensate? I doubt it. Without much effort put into the ticket, they'll probably think it's not worth their time.
