Details: For the record, I completely forgot about this transaction. But, I have just checked my transaction log just to make sure the 20k NX I got went through. Looking through my other transaction log, I remembered that I cashed in 10k NX on 2/9/10. It says that it got through according to the transaction log, but, i never recieved that 10k NX. Also, if you are going to ask me for the Nexon Game Card Code, my dad threw it because my dad forbids me to buy NX, but I still buy them with my money, so yeah..
Anyway, I please hope you consider on this and try to reach me as soon as possible.
On an unrelated note, I can't login to the game either, the reason I'm adding this is because we are not allowed to have more than 1 ticket open at one time. Please look into this also.
I would recommend you NEXON workers to fix the unable to login bug, because, if you can't login, how am I going to buy that cute Baby Tiger pet

Nexon doesn't "usually" compensate for these sorts of things. They might, but they probably won't.

Will they reply? Maybe with an automated or brain-dead response. The ticket you logged wasn't exactly full of information. It sounds like a ticket a 10 year-old would log to try to get some crap by trying exploit the lack of information and Nexon's recent compensation handlings. So will they compensate? I doubt it. Without much effort put into the ticket, they'll probably think it's not worth their time.

Anyway, I still don't think Nexon will compensate for it. They may reply to it, but probably not compensate.

Once I had the same problem, and they incredibly refunded me, and that's on the same day I sent the ticket. Probably they knew that they can get in trouble for things like this, especially because it's a mistake on their part.
