You can probably make a low dex whose damage is not that much lower.

It will have no funding... my only other char is a lvl 76 outlaw (that is broke) if it matters.
I figured taht because of the new event, im going to make a new char, but I cant decide on if i should make a TB, or a bucc, and if i should make it dexless or not...
Which could level to whatever level gets the hat first?
Can i make a dexless brawler/TB without any start-up funds?
Is the damage between a lvl 120/200 TB/bucc signifacantly different if it is dexless?
